This week’s Featured Virtual World: Mexico, hosted by High Fidelity 🇲🇽 Celebrating Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) in VR! 💀🎸

Here we see the symbolic “calavera” (skull) amidst an orange sea of “cempasúchil” petals (Aztec marigold flowers) to honor the dead.

There is also an “ofrenda” (altar) reminiscent of the one in the children’s movie Coco, complete with the tributary guitar.

In the third photo, there’s a display of “sombreros” (hats), some plain and some embellished with festive designs.

Lastly, we see an elaborate mausoleum and another calavera, with the city lights in the background.
